Our 6 – 8 hour, one day Private Bushcraft and survival workshop is designed specifically for experienced outdoor people looking looking to get some next level skills and practice practical challenges and scenarios. This course is taught at Rock Point Provincial Park just south of Dunville, Ontario. You need to have a minimum of 4 attendees for us to host the course.
During this challenge you will learn how to use basic survival equipment, make shelters, learn about wild plants and trees you can eat, and more. Your instructor will then give you various unexpected challenges to ensure that you receive real-world experience based on various survival scenarios. You will learn proper knife safety and techniques for minimizing cuts in the back country.
The first hour with your instructor will include a basic skills evaluation to ensure the course is tailored to your needs.
During your one day, you will learn:

- Knife Safety and use
- Understanding fire
- Creating shavings
- Creating a fire without matches
- Psychology of a lost person
- S.T.O.P. (Stop, think, organize, plan)
- Tarp Setup
- Natural Navigation
