Utilikilt Survival Review – In the early 2000s I was attending a Scottish festival in Fergus, Ontario and came upon miraculous sight. A utilikilt! I remember fondly looking at it, feeling it’s incredible construction, and dreaming that someday, I might be able to wear such a thing.
